Unsere Gründerin Sahra kommt bei dir vorbei und führt dich und deine Freunde oder Familie durch eine Matcha Zeremonie. Hierbei lernst du:
- alles Wissenswerte rund um das Produkt Matcha und seine Herkunft,
- den richtigen Umgang mit dem traditionellen Matcha-Zubehör,
- hilfreiche Tipps zum Thema Achtsamkeit, die dein Leben entschleunigen
- und alles, was du sonst noch über uns, Matcha oder Stressbewältigung wissen willst!
Matcha-Workshops sind auch als Geschäftsevent möglich!

Warum Matcha?
Matcha ist ein natürlicher Wachmacher, der deinen Körper über sechs Stunden lang mit Energie versorgt. Er ist eine super Kaffeealternative, weil er neben dem Koffein auch L-Theanin enthält, welches dich beruhigt und dir dabei hilft zu entspannen. Außerdem steckt Matcha voller gesunder Nährstoffe wie Antioxidantien und Vitamin C, die dein Immunsystem stärken können. Ein echter Superdrink eben!

Infos zur Teilnahme
Die Grundgebühr des Mindful-Matcha-Events auf Mallorca liegt bei 1.500 EUR. Hierin enthalten sind Mindful Matcha Premium Sets als Zeremonie-Zubehör für bis zu zehn Teilnehmende. Für jede*n weitere Teilnehmer*in gilt ein Aufpreis von 110 EUR. Der Zeitrahmen der Zeremonie beträgt eine Stunde.

Do you want to experience matcha as a team and learn new mindfulness techniques that can improve the efficiency and productivity of your workflow? Then our Mindful Matcha event is ideal for you! Sahra will visit your office and show you how to make matcha and how to integrate it into your work day.

Matcha is a natural energy booster that will keep you awake and focused for six hours. It is an excellent alternative for coffee since it doesn’t just provide you with caffeine, but also relaxing l-theanine to help you wind down. Plus, it is rich in healthy nutrients such as antioxidants and vitamin C to support your immune system. A real superdrink!

Since our founder Sahra lives in Mallorca herself, you can easily and flexibly set up an event on short notice. About the event
The fee for the Mindful Matcha event in Mallorca is 1.500 EUR. Included in this are Mindful Matcha Premium Sets for up to ten participants. For every additional participant, 110 EUR will be charged. The ceremony will take up a time frame of one hour.
